When you ask us which skis to choose, whether your boots fit properly or if there's a better option for tomorrow's conditions, you're not talking to someone reading from a computer screen or a product brochure.
You're talking to people who ski the mountain every day, know the equipment inside out and genuinely enjoy sharing that knowledge.
Some of us have worked together for decades. Others have joined more recently, bringing fresh ideas and experience from different parts of the skiing world.

- Close to 300 winter seasons working in ski resorts
- Well over 2,500 days on snow every winter
- Fitted tens of thousands of pairs of ski boots
- Skied virtually every major manufacturer's range over the years
- Nine qualified ski instructors
- A dozen team members who have been working with us for years including five since the mid-1990s
- More than half the team returning season after season
